We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, in the event that you wish to return the products,
please read our return policy carefully and follow the instructions.
Please note that we will not accept returns of the items that are altered, marked, personalized, damaged or abused by you. We will also not accept returns of clearance items.
Our time limit on returns: we accept returns within 30 days after purchase. No refund will be issued for returns after the 30-day period.
We will not accept returns without the original receipt or invoice.
Return the item in its original packaging: An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We recommend you keep your packaging and shipping material for the first 30 days after purchase for this reason.
Estimated Return Processing time: We’ll refund your method of payment or replace your item after we have received the original item. The process usually takes 3-4 weeks in most cases.
Limit on the number of returns: We will only allow three returns per customer within a 90-day period. If a customer 's returns have exceeded the set limit within the set time period, all future transactions within 6 months will be denied.
Refunds/Replacements: Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase. The appropriate tax amount of the returned item will be included with your refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns except for replacements for defective products.
Shipping Cost: If there's an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charge.
Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
Instructions on returning our product(s) by mail:
• Complete the online Contact Form and make sure that you indicate which item(s) is (are) being returned for a refund or replacement and indicate why. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
• Securely pack your merchandise and use the original packaging material if possible. ?Be sure to include the invoice/packing slip.
• Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS to the address indicated on your invoice. Make sure you insure your package.
